2210 Private Property Vehicle Towing
Effective January 1, 2007
Western Towing urges associations and property owners/agents to seek legal counsel in interpreting the provisions stated in the new law. It may also prove helpful to contact authorities at the local law enforcement agency in which a property is located. It is not unknown for enforcement policies to vary from jurisdiction to jurisdiction.
