Common Interest Developments
AB 2210 (Section 4).  Section 22658.2 of the Vehicle Code is repealed.
The new law repeals the existing law (CVC 22658.2) that was specific to vehicle removals from Common Interest Developments. Under the new law, Common Interest Developments are subject to the provisions codified in CVC 22658.
