| We auction a wide variety of vehicles, from passenger cars and motorcycles to trucks and recreational vehicles. | |
When? |

| Vehicle auctions are held MOST Wednesdays at 2:30 p.m, Gates open at 1:30 p.m.. Viewing of vehicles prior to auction on day of auction between the hours of 1:30 and 2:30. Please call to confirm auction days since we do NOT hold auctions every Wednesday. | |

$100 refundable cash deposit required to bid and will be refunded after the sale if you do not buy a vehicle. If you do buy a vehicle, the $100 will be applied to your purchase. Final payment must be cash or cashier's check. |

All sales are final on an "as-is-where-is" basis, without warranties or guarantees of any kind. |

Inspect vehicles closely for year, make, model, and condition before bidding. Your bid is final and non-revocable. |

Vehicles not paid for will be considered forfeit and abandoned and will result in forfeiture of all deposit money. Cars must be removed from lot by 12:00 PM Friday. Any vehicle left after Friday will incur a $15 a day storage fee. |

We are not responsible for theft or any other loss after the sale. |
|
Information on auction/sale list is not guaranteed to year, make or model or any other items. Buyers will be responsible for all DMV fees and smog certification. |

$10 buyer's premium on all units sold, plus an additional cost for each key made for a vehicle. |
